Mo Leabhairin Fein introduces creative writing in 3rd class and develops this skill in a graded fashion up to 6th class as recommended by the New Irish Curriculum. Children begin by finishing sentences, unscrambling mixed up sentences, putting sentences in the correct order and slowly progress in 6th class to creating phrases, sentences and eventually simple stories. A fun-filled way of approaching creative writing as Gaeilge. Provides the opportunity for children to work independently as Gaeilge. Encourages children to write about everyday situations and fantasies. Places an emphasis on communication and conversation.nn
