Customer  Returns


If there was a mistake of ours, we will collect it with DPD (or special collection if more than a few boxes). We will cover the collection fee and there is no restocking fee for such returns.

If a customer is looking to make returns they must send their returns back to our head office. These should be packaged carefully and ensure information relating to the order is included in the boxes so it will be correctly identified upon receipt in our head office. Please ensure all books are sent directly to our head office. Please see your order confirmation email or invoice for address details.

If the books are still current, in brand new condition and have clearly been purchased from us we will accept the returns but they are all subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee is to offset the large amount of admin work involved with handling and processing these returns. We also carry risk taking back returns as we may not be able to sell these on before a newer edition is published. Our returns policy is strictly 28 days from the date of receipt. Any returns made after this timeframe cannot be accepted. 

If books are labelled / damaged, approval must be sought before sending returns back to us as they are not eligible for returns. All service costs cannot be refunded (all covering, labelling and other related services). We may be in a position to accept products with services for returns on a sale or return basis. This allows us to find a new buyer for the books and then we will credit the customer upon the sale.

Refunds are processed in the form of a credit note on the customer's account.

Book Covering and other services are non refundable.
